CLOSING STATEMENT OF THE CONSTITUENT MEETNG
THE INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC TEACHER FEDERATION

We, the members present in the constituent meeting of the International Islamic
Teachers Federation extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciate to the State
of Kuwait’s government, people, legislative and civil institutions, headed by
Kuwait Teachers Society, for its generous invitation to incorporate this
federation and the unsurprising hospitality of Kuwait and its people, proper
organization and giant efforts exerted by the society’s chairman and members to
make this meeting successful and come out with clear steps leading to realizing
the Federation’s dreams, exceeding all the difficulties facing them and us in a
world full of ethical educational, scientific and technical challenges. We do
not see any glimpse of hope for the Islamic Nation’s recovery of its leading
role unless by serious and dedicated work which is open and remote from
extremism, and characterized by being mediocre. This is achieved through the
major congregations which may be created through approximation between the
believers in the Islamic great religion, spread all over the geographical
locations
of our world, adhere to the strong path of God and benefit from the civilization, religious, ethical and scientific reservoir of our religion and the duties, attitudes and behaviors it imposes on us.
Today, we confirm our commitment for the incorporation of an international Islamic federation for teachers, to spreads these principles and promote them to strengthen the role of the Muslim teacher in diffusing science, awareness, education, peace and eliminate ignorance, subordination and religious extremism, away from any racial discrimination, fundamentalism and ideological disagreements.
Participants in this meeting exerted on the land of this country, as inviters and guests, efforts which are incomparable, and strived to prepare the strong ground paving the way for the work to take a serious take off, and such efforts were well done. However, every human act is vulnerable to mistakes, and therefore we apologize for any default, and invite all the related organizations to cooperate with us in this significant civilized project, and recommend the following :
1.
Electing a follow up committee, chaired by
Mr.Abdulla Ismail
Al Kandari, with membership of the presidents of attending organization, to
prepare for an extensive constituent assembly and follow up the implementation
of the required legal procedures, financial support and interaction with the
Islamic teachers organizations worldwide.
2. Call for adopting the central issues of Muslims worldwide, headed by the Palestinian issue, with all the wound it represents in the Islamic heart and the sufferings of its people from injustice, manslaughter and homelessness under the detested Israeli occupation.
We wish everyone guidance and success.
